Outreach: Fall 2024

1. Begin outreach to recruit members (1:1 meetings ✅, webinars, public events) to:
   1. Adopt software & promote to current volunteers
   2. Join community of practice,
   3. Host/co-sponsor quarterly celebration every 2 years
   4. Share platform & onboarding requirements
   5. Share volunteer opportunity data and stage on platform
2. Prepare public outreach event with a pilot sponsor to host
   1. Identify host, target days & budget needed
   2. Identify co-sponsors to cover budget
   3. Find entertainers for target days, pick day
   4. Promote: for current and potential volunteers
3. Hold First Outreach Event
   1. Reps from all member orgs (or recognition)
   2. Reps from funder / sponsor partners (or recognition)
   3. Potluck, Entertainment, Presentations, Q&A 
   4. Kiosk for volunteer signup & opportunity registration (?)
4. Hold Community of Practice Startup
